How Can We Help You?

If you know of a child who needs help, call us at 330-679-1013 and describe the situation.  If we feel that we can help, we will talk to the parents and child involved to determine if they will profit by a placement with us.  If everything is satisfactory, we will make arrangements for the child to come to Y.W.A.P.  If we are full, the child will be wait-listed for later placement.

We accept boys ages 8-17 who are AT RISK of growing up and becoming non productive adults.  Most boys at YWAP have had some involvement with the juvenile court system.
  

How Can You Help Us?

We are dependent on Christian people to provide the funds for the operation and expansion of this program.  “Pure religion” includes caring for the fatherless (James 1:27) and we look to God’s people to share with us in expanding this outreach.

Information is available for missions meetings or to present the work as a special project.  We are also available for presentations, faith promise rallies, etc.  CALL!

Pray for our staff and the children as we are doing the Lord’s work.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in regards to Youth With A Purpose Group Home for Boys of which my son is a resident.  He has been at D.Y.S. twice for domestic violence concerns and would have gone back a third time if it hadn’t been for Bob and Kate Moore and Y.W.A.P.

Bob and Kate Moore and their staff are good, honest, loving Christian people that my son and I have grown to love and respect.

My son receives the structure at Y.W.A.P. that he desperately needs as I am a single mom and work full-time.

I thank God every day for these people otherwise my son and the other boys at Y.W.A.P. may not have the chances that others do.
